Where do you come up with mutual consent? Are you sure your namesake's young "lovers" were all mutually consenting? Certainly we know that Famous Freethinker Roman Polanski's young victims weren't mutually consenting.

And why would it matter to a freethinker? It was his personal happiness that mattered to HIM.

A person could CLAIM to be rational and to have moral values but if that person hurt others, then she would be eschewing the values of reason ..

Reason doesn't necessarily make people moral .... consider your Famous Freethinker, Roman Polanski. Surely he was "rational" and he put his own happiness first as his primary value.
