The speed of light is gradually becoming a limiting factor processing and data storage/access. Potentially, it could be revolutionary in cluster computing and cloud computing.

Further implications about quantum behavior include such gems as reducing the clock cycles for say a division from 60 clocks to 1 clock, and for a e.g. square root from thousands of clocks to 1 clock. Cracking a code might go from a trillion clocks to a single clock. Any of these achievements would be revolutionary as well.
