As Fineman said and it is a good point, no one wants to hear right now about how we need to get off oil when so many peoples lives are being ruined and so much devastation is taking place. Empathy, sympathy and a clear understanding at what was at rish was the right step and are what was needed. the personal touch. SS and I have been yelling that for weeks.
