Vadim, My reasoning for a stock repurchase has been stated. I am for INCREASING shareholder value for the existing stockholders. The current over hang in CIST's stock is DECREASING not INCREASING shareholder value. You are right about CIST being in the mid-$.20s for over a year. The minimum value of CIST is $1.33 a share. Is shareholder value being MAXIMIZED?
