You know more than the analysts in the Pentagon.

Actually I worked with the analysts in South Korea and we sent the Pentagon our reports. But again you can't even name the "cannon" system as you don't even know what your talking about - a cannon at the end of it's range would need to trade payload for propellant and be nearly useless when it reaches it target - but Seoul is a terror target - not an effective target to win a war anyway. Oh and don't forget a cannon projectile is not guided like a SCUD - so it's pretty much a wild ass guess where it's going especially at the bleeding edge of its range.

The North would be cut off at the head and we would have air superiority in a few days - worst thing being all the SAM anti-aircraft missiles all over the North. They would not be able to dash South on the trains or the expressway this time as it's all rigged to blow and we would stop their ineffective tanks in the tank traps at the DMZ - besides they have little or no parts since russia now demands cash for parts from the north and they are no longer useful as a puppet against the USA.

The worst weapon they have is SCUDS and they are tucked all over the country and can reach every point South. They have no real air force and the navy is not much of an issue either.

You have missed your calling.

I retired from that career.

PS: We already fought against every weapon they have in Iraq - so we pretty much know how to deal with them.
