Amen that. The actual behavior of average consumers is often quite different from what early adaptors would expect. It will be a big market in time no doubt, but the average consumers often times don't follow the cutting edge that closely. I am sure Microsoft learned quite a lot from their MSN experience, and their cable modem/WebTV investment will probably be more successful.
