Maybe it's time for Walt to clarify the ice situation in the NWT and how it affects drilling. Seems to me that I read something on this thread about conditions changing from year to year and that when you get snow instead of ice that there's the possibility of not getting enough ice to support a big drill. I'm sure this will be clarified by persons more knowledgable than I.

Then, there's El Nino, which could have an effect that nobody here can predict.

As to the question about the JV, just click "Winspear" at the top of the screen, and surf over to the WSP web page (through Carlson, I think, or just go to www.winspear.com) which tells all about the TLQ JV.
