I can think of several prople who have read the patents. By all accounts, Zonagen has been actively engaged in negotiations with several big pharma companies for the distribution rights to this drug. Isn't it logical to assume that these potential partners have considered the strength of these patent(s). I, for one, have no problem admitting that they have a much better understanding of these matters than I do. I'd also guess that their knowledge probably exceeds even yours. Now, if the patents haven't killed their interest, why should dampen ours?? Get real, please.
