A DEC officer was specifically asked if there had been any kind of permits issued to JBII, by jobynimble, He called the contact number for DEC Region 9, and was told that a letter had been written to JBI, Inc., dated 24 Mar 10, giving them a 30 day period in which to do the Stack tests. Since the testing was started only recently by Niagara Thermal Products. it's uncertain when that time expires. Joeynimble will follow up next week when the person who wrote the letter is back in his office.
