Actually, what I believe he said was that they catch 3 "terrorists" a day, that you don't know about.

Which I totally believe. Consider that they caught 2 of them right there.

Does kind of make you wonder why at the same time you'd allow 5-10,000 people a day to stream across your southern border completely unchecked, but I'm sure they know their business.
