Most Pennsylvania Voters Don’t Think Their Members of Congress Represent Their Best Interests

Rasmussen Reports

Only 28% of voters in Pennsylvania are confident their representatives in Congress are representing their best interests.

The latest Rasmussen Reports statewide telephone survey of Likely Voters shows that 68% are not confident their members of Congress are representing their interests.

Those numbers include just five percent (5%) who are Very Confident and 31% who are Not At All Confident.

These results are similar to those found on the national level.

Pennsylvania voters also lack confidence in Congress members’ knowledge of the current economic situation. Seventy-two percent (72%) are not confident members of Congress know what they’re doing when it comes to economic issues, which is the exact same result found nationwide.

Only 25% in Pennsylvania are confident Congressional members know what they are doing when addressing economic issues.
