It's disconcerting when Obama goes to bed at night thinking about the oil and gets up in the morning thinking about it with his daughter asking if he has stopped the oil yet.

While it's nice of him to keep scallops mornay on C2's menu and perhaps bring back the other delicacies, President Yeltsin commented that presidents don't do chickens meaning in proportion to the things there are to worry about, chickens were not on his list of things.

Similarly, on the scale of things the USA president should be thinking about, a patch of oil in the Gulf of Mexico seems small beer when Israel continues to be threatened with destruction, North Korea is lining up South Korea for war, Iran's Islamic Jihad bombs are nearing completion, Osama continues to thumb his nose at Obama and Americans continue to die in Afghanistan and don't forget the matter of global financial collapse, banking sector carnage, out of control USA government spending with no end in sight other than bankruptcy and civil conflict, with Greece, Spain and others leading the way - well, let's stop there.

That's enough to be going on with. Not to mention getting Obamacare functioning with no means of paying the bills.

I noticed that he is not interested in boot on throat language so at least he tidied up that language, though the meaning is the same.

He blames BP but for some reason doesn't put much attention on Halliburton, or Transocean, or the blow out preventer maker, or the government regulators asleep at the wheel even though he has no idea what caused the problem [other than the main cause seems to have been the blowout preventer failure, but also the concrete job by Halliburton].
