IMO it's not just Salazar. The whole Obama oil spill team seems to be "not quite ready for prime time." I think this will be a defining crisis for his admin. First, BP needs to stop the leak. Then the Obamites need to complete the MMS shake up, get offshore drilling restarted, and somehow craft an energy policy that satisfies enough voters to get reelected.

>>They are blaming George Bush<<

I blame both Bush and Obama. Bush bequeathed a dysfunctional MMS to Obama, but Obama failed to clean it up and the drilling accident happened on his watch.
