Why do you think they have suppressed Infrared night vision goggles that run off starlite without batteries? Impossible? Cats can see in a perfectly dark room. If cats can do it, it can be built by man.

But make those goggles available and every battery, electric light manufacturer, and most of the power stations would be out of business, wouldn't they?

But the military has had them since the WWII. Radar was just a cover.
