As Obama's crew says, "Never let a crisis go to waste". Thank goodness for the oil spill, the huge fire and the sinking.... an excellent crisis, not caused by Obama and co and not even by the other political side of the divide but an evil-doing foreign Big Oil company and English at that! Jackpot. The trifecta. They can get votes from both sides of the political divide because [nearly] everyone likes pelicans, dolphins and eating fish and BP and the English throne have ruined the glories of the Gulf. They can put their boots on BP's throat... no, wait, that's excessive language they decided. But they can really make a meal of this one and show their enormous environmental concern while diverting attention from bankruptcy and millions of underwater mortgages and economic woes and vast government waste. As you say, it's a great diversion. It will get Americans off oil and into teeny little electric cars from Obamamotors to tootle off to their Obamacare hospital queue. Mqurice
