Like Clintwit, OboobO is driven by the polls, the wind, his Teleprompter, and the last voice-altered cell call from George Soros......

Regarding the supposed of closing Guantanamo: The final report by the Guantanamo Review Task Force recommends that 126 of the detainees be either transferred home or to a third country; that 36 be prosecuted in either federal court or a military commission; and that 48 be held indefinitely under the laws of war. A group of 30 Yemenis was also approved for release if security conditions in their home country improved.

The report was completed in January but only sent to select committees on Capitol Hill this week. The administration sat on the report in the wake of the attempted bombing of a Detroit-bound airliner on Christmas Day because there was little public or congressional appetite for further discussion of its plan to close the military detention center.

My bet is that his 'former consituents' from Illinois told OboobO in no uncertain terms that they 'in no way' wanted his collection of Islamic Terrorists shipped there from Gitmo - making The Loop a major target of the worldwide raghead wacko mobs. Daly, his corrupt cronies, 'Blago' copycats, and 'the voting dead' have enough to do just ducking the IL-division of the USA mob..!!!
