I don't think so. The cup, as I read it, should be fairly equal on the downside as well as the upside. At least on the monthly chart the downside has been much more than the upside. Also the handle should be somewhat descending in nature and during this decline the volume should be trending downward as well. Volume for several of the months in the handle area has been up but price has not changed much. Don
