The best we can do is to promote our own security.

I didn't like Nation-building when Clinton tried it in Somalia, and I didn't like it when Bush tried it in Iraq and Afghanistan. Those are NOT our countries. I think Nation-building is up to the citizens of the nation, and if they choose eleventh century principles it is THEIR problem until they bring it to our doorstep.

But I do like unclewest's idea of our SF teaching people so they will stay out of our country.
