Oh jeez... I see two morons in the last 5 posts! I'll avoid that thread like the plague.

So far it looks like Banks havne't had to puke to hard (Commercial RE) thanks to Feds... BUT, the Ole economic game seems to be up:

Borrow at silly cheap rates to sustain lifestyle which is based on... BORROWING. The Austrians have been pointing it out for 20 years:

IMHO there is NO easy way out of this one... rates are already zero and the economy is going no where. HOW CAN IT? What's driving it? There is almost NOTHING produced in the US that employs many people that can compete anywhere:
