I don't know. I saw mentions of a class action lawsuit. Would this type of lawsuit help us get our losses back?
I made my decisions based on the numbers they put out, and now I have no idea where S3 really is. They could be way in the red for all I know. This really S...S. They basically lied to the investors, which includes me.
NOW I KNOW WHY THIS DAM STOCK WAS DROPPING FOR NO REASON!
I think I might be interested in this lawsuit that was mentioned. Is anyone pursuing this? How can I make sure that I get the results of the winnings?
I am concerned about what the reaction will be once the actual number get changed, and investors software applications react to them.
