Do you know anything about NRF? They claim to have a book value of around $8/share, but the market clearly thought much less of them back in 2009. I think their average debt rating is BB/Ba2 - non-investment - which sounds pretty dicey being in CRE. finance.yahoo.com en.wikipedia.org They've fallen a lot already, but could go much further in a double dip. `BC
