Chinu, the most important thing I do know is that BP will use every trick in the book to get out of paying money and has no interest in cleaning up any more than the governments (state and federal)will force them to do.

They also will not pay small businss for their losses regardless of what they say. They will litigate.

In Valdez they had a siege mentality. As I have mentioned many times I was at war with them constantly over their refusal to react.

So government must take a strong role in overseeing BP. It would be bvest for the government to coordinate all the clean up using all out scientific resources and then bill BP.

Keep BP out of the clean up altogether. And if our scientists say we neeed clean up tankers, dredges to build berms, etc, get them and bill BP. We need to turn our scientist's loose on this clean up problem.

I know only BP can stop the blow out. But they are not needed in the clean up.
