You are surprisingly shallow for someone who claims to have practiced law for a long time. From what you have posted on the subject, it is clear that you believe that it went further than just "intent."

You seem hell-bent on parsing the law to show that it probably can't be prosecuted.....even though it probably happened. On that point, you are probably right.

What it tells me, however, is that the Obama administration is no different than any other bunch of politicians even though they promised a higher level of transparency. In short, they lied.....again.
