No...Shrub was just the end of 30 years of Raygunism, run amok at the end. I don't know how much further back people want to go; some back to Ike and the MIC, maybe, but I'm happy just going back to the wrong fork we took in '81. MMS is just the tip of the bureaucracy infested with Raygan/James Watts/ Wally Butz kissers, or their ideological descendents.
