This is known as a rudicio ad absurdum argument. I have stated no such thing. I am just pointing out that the facts of the situation don't look good for BP. Your assumptions that they are as pure as driven snow are much more speculative.

Wrong. They haven't been leaked. Most are a matter of public record.
