My point is that if these houses turn down a deal, I would seriously question the underpinnings of the company itself.

Further, if the rumors are true, SGP has never been reknown for their ethical behavior in the past. They're the FDA's favorite whipping boy so this match may be an example of 'birds of a feather...'.
