I hope that they have started digging the hole for the nuke. No point in telling anybody about it now. They would want an Environmental Impact Statement done, and that takes years. If the "top hat" fails and the relied well fails, the Sierra club will come crawling to the White House asking....."have you considered a nuke?" Obama would say...."good idea." And light it off the next day.
