Oil is the (only) contributor, not the "oil industry". Our drug; those people are camping in our marijuana pach.
BTW, the oil industry probably means Exxon, et al. Exxon is the 17th largest oil company in the world. The 16 ahead of it are NOCs; National Oil Companies...Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Russia, Venezuela, whatever. What we think of as the oil industry is just a bunch of kids playing at the company picnic.
