"Barack The Magic Negro" was written by a LA Times reporter. Rush was doing a parody on it making fun of liberal racists, it went over your head Like most things " Obama's daughter asks, "why do you hate black people, daddy?" this was a dig at liberals who said Bush didn't do anything in NO because he hates black people. Boy when lib shit comes back to bite them they don't like it.
