Yeah, but you're trying to misrepresent what those plumes are ... they're not visible to the naked eye, you have to test the water to identify them. Oh yeah, will it bother me if it washes up on Galveston? Sure but it depends on how much there is. I'm more concerned right now with the LA wetlands which are important for the oysters and shrimp etc. Not many beaches there people go to but plenty of commercial fishing, shrimping.
