Ted, if you feel the need to blame someone go ahead and blame Bush. Doesn't matter really. Hindsight is 20-20. Trouble is that it happened 16 months into the Obama administration. Right after he lifted the drill ban and saifd the rigs were safe. If there is a problem with Obama handling it it's AFTER the leak occured. It's like the tail wagging the dog.
