Bob, I could not agree with you more. After all I have been there along side you all these years. This cycle looks old and rosy forecasts abound. It is a perfect setup for a decline. marc, there is no such thing as this time is different. Even if you can see clear signs of end demand and need for a particular technology it does not mean it will not get pushed out a year or two. In 1998 we had one of the most devastating downturns at the time of absolute explosion in technology spending. Many posters on this board, including me, just could not understand why at the time. I am willing to bet that come 4th qtr. you will see predictions of double digit % decline in semi sales for 2011. You know what, that will be the time to go long.
