Rodney, I was writing a letter to them after I caught the error. I learned that with Datek they don't act in your interests when fixing their own mistakes, so I first consulted my legal counsel. I was afraid they were trying to set up a situation to steal the remaining funds in that portfolio. After my past experience, I have concluded that Datek will simply take money out of my portfolio based on their own mistakes. Naturally, I needed to protect myself. By the way catch what again? I never took advantage of any mistake Datek made. They took advantage of me! Where are you getting your info from, you are spreading lies Rodney.
