Why would any company want to buy BP and soon to start a long saga of legal headaches? Perhaps others could buy the assets if they are up for sale, but why the company itself that is going to be a walking nightmare. If it is cheap right now, BP could and will most likely get even more cheaper in the coming year if it does not hold $34.
