Maybe Team Obama should consider at least 3 or 4 back up (or relief) wells...Don't worry about the cost as BP is paying for EVERYthing...And I think BP's goal of finishing the first relief well by early August might be very optimistic as we've now started hurricane season...Let's hope the Gulf will be fortunate and avoid big storms until the out of control well is capped but you never know what will happen.
