I totally agree. BP's "juicy" dividend carries a badge of shame. It's basically telling the world how much they screw their customers at the gas pump. BP could not have picked a worse time for the spill. Soon, the politicians will be all over oil companies suggesting that they privatize public resources for personal gain. Governments are desperately looking for resources to tax, may as well go after the oil companies.
