Arizona commercial real estate brokers: Some lenders ignore crisis I think we have to expect that real estate markets like AZ and NV will be a mess for a while. AZ was too dependent on construction employment for its boom and NV is too dependent on the casino business which continues to stuggle. I am hoping that FLA starts to make a strong turn. IMO its a big market and much more important than AZ and NV....even combined.
