Skeeter, just answer the simple question of what a bank does that is magically different from any other entity doing the same thing. You are confusing yourself. Don't resort to any laws or legal structure that a given country might have in its existing system. Don't use fractional reserve, don't use interest, just do the simple accounting of how a loan is taken, and what happens to the money supply. Show what is different if the entity giving the loan is an individual vs a bank.
