Turns out the Chinese are just as adept at figuring out the management skills as we are. And their managers also work for less than our managers.

When offshoring first started, the assurances for the free trade advocates were are you stated, it was just going to be the low level functions which Americans didn't want anyway. But over time, the foreign entities climb up the ladder, and eventually their is no need for anything from America, other than to be a consumer digging a debt grave.
