No Ted, the facts say the exact opposite.

There are no facts.......there are two lines on a graph.

That the effect of Cash for Clunkers was minimal and temporary.

Of course, when you stimulate something it causes a spurt....after the stimulus is removed, the spurt ends temporarily or permanently. In this case, the ending was very temporary......meaning the 'fire' the stimulus was trying to start caught.....meaning C for C was a success.
