Do you have a problem with non-US domicile companies working GOM or other US natural resources? Do you remember that ARCO, Amoco and Sohio are part of BP?

I am in favor of competence and deep pockets, and care not about domicile. If a shallow pocket company of any nationality was running the deep horizon rig, the US taxpayers would be stuck with the bill.
