Apparently, there also is significant NG deposits in the Marcellus Shale formation out east. My understanding was that we had so much NG reserves that we could cut down on our import of foreign oil. Now I am learning that not only are we importing oil but we also are importing NG; that currently we are not self sufficient in NG. So then, the best that US NG reserves can do maybe......is reduce the amt of NG we import.....maybe for a few years.

So why convert cars to NG consumption? To me it looks like a waste of time and money.
