Sam, RE: "...lack of production-worthy 0.25 mu tools..." If there is anything about this industry that I do know, it is that most of the companies are reporting higher than expected and growing sales in 0.25u tools. I have heard that some yields at 0.25u are less than those at 0.35u, but this is normal in ramping up new tools and I believe not "production-worthy" is inaccurate and alarmist! I think the switch to 300mm sounds like it is much more problematic and part of it is corporate politics. Cary
