not if stores won't sell them to african americans - they can't open what they don't have. libertarians are wrong on this point - we don't live in wonderland where everyone is reasonable. government has a place, the big problem is keeping it in its place so that it isn't growing and running heroin, eroding civil liberties, creating false flag events to go to war, working for special interests to loot society blind, etc... libertarians are right that if you give government and inch, they want a mile.
