back to reality- I was just shocked to find out that exxon paid the damages relating to its valdez lawsuit some 16 years after the damages were originally awarded. How is that possible? if that is the case I guess the BP dividend must be pretty secure.

I also note with dismay that the oil is still on alaska beaches 21 years after the spill although experts thought it would be dispersed within 4 years. Looks like fla panhandle real estate values are going down.
