last week, i made much more than a buy and hold strategy. so, i'm not looking for a 5 to 2 Risk Reward. My account was up about 40% last week... leverage cuts both ways. I do understand what you are saying and I do not disagree. I would much much much rather buy and hold. I just see risk elements out there that I want to manage. I should have bought in 1896... as in the year 1896 when the DOW was first constructed.... by now, i could probably purchase Manhattan. and the great depression, etc etc would have been NOTHING to me. <joking of course>
