Am making some head-way on the patent info, as previous on SI post #733 here is the patent info from the Presstek side.

If someone has the Agfa patent number please inform. I am going to continue to dig on this, but I'd much rather read a hardcopy news-release.
James, the table you are referring to at digitalmall.net also has some notes at the top and bottom - some pro but most con, those notes do not expect everything to go 100% right. The values there are 'guesses' at what could be attainable and why the stock is trading in/at the price it is/was. And in reality, three-four years forward it's expecting PRST to trip, allowing another style to un-seat their lead. It's there for discussion, more views I hear, the better off I am in making decisions.
John, (I'm not defending PRST here, just trying to understand where you are coming from - or maybe I read the post wrong) Your post about PRST being deceptive in the 10-K/A of 5/21/96. That 10-K/A represents the ammendments to the 10-K of 3/29/96 and events prior to that. The change from a stay to a dismissal was on 4/18/96 I believe. There is no reason to change/report that in the ammended 10-K, because as of 3/29 the dismissal had not yet happened. (???)
Next, did you say you were going down to Seybold ?? If you are, would be interested in the 'size' of print shop/graphics firm that Heidelberg is targeting. 5 man shop, 10 man shop, 50 man shop ???? Would be interesting to know. (Thanx in advance)
Have the updates in the web page digitalmall.net , there were a few hiccups, all are fixed, except the Heidelberg links, they've upgraded their web site and all my links are now garbage, should have fixed by this coming weekend.
