OFF TOPIC-JOKE:
Well the stock slid a little today despite what I felt was largely great news. Perhaps it was trouble in the middle east again that put the squeeze on most of my holdings. Reminds me of a great joke I've heard:
Saddam and his morning contemplation.
Every morning before starting his day, Saddam walked into his inner chamber to his magic mirror and asked,
"Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the MEANEST one of all?" "Saddam, Saddam, no doubt, it is you, who is the meanest one of all", the mirror would answer and Saddam, reassured, was then ready to face his day of work.
The next day again, Saddam would ask. "Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the MEANEST one of all?" And his mirror would answer, "Saddam, Saddam, absolutely, no question it is you, it is you who are the meanest one of all." Bolstered once again, Saddam was ready for his day.
One day, Saddam didn't show up to his office at the usual time. His secretaries waited politely for half an hour and then they decided something must be wrong, and an alert was sent out to the guards and in quiet pandemonium they ran around the palace searching for him. Finally they found him in a far corner of the palace in an upper room,
lying on the floor in the fetal position quivering, babbling and muttering to himself.
"Saddam, Saddam what is wrong, what is wrong?
And finally when they could get him to speak properly, they heard:
Who the hell is Amy Michell and what the heck is a Texas style ass whipping?
