Yeah, but the AMAZING thing is that Obama has really screwed everything up. He had a "Rooseveltan" opportunity but he just threw it away. People were and still are MAD at the bankers that caused this whole mess but they just read everyday that those bankers came out smelling like a rose. The financial regulation should have come FIRST. And it should have involved some "perp walks". You can't tell me that all these guys were pushing these "liar loans" and yet NO laws were broken. Then they packaged all these liar loans into bundles and sold them by creating "derivatives" which created MASSIVE amounts of "unfunded" liabilities and still NO laws were broken? And it seems that today we STILL have all this derivative paper out there with new stuff being created all the time and still nobody is breaking any laws? When I was a kid we just had to worry about atomic bombs, but today it seems we may be in MORE danger from guys on Wallstreet trying to get their billion dollar paydays. That AIN'T right. I think Obama may have KILLED the Democratic Party.
