Well ALIM is down today, but so is the general market, with the job report and the continued euro decay. However, ALIM was able to make an all time H at 10:am, before it started to drift down in the last hour.<g> Volume remains low, more than 1/3 its ADV bigcharts.marketwatch.com I heard from some of the Ophthalmologists that were involved in the study. In general, they said the drug showed some positive effects in decreasing macular edema in diabetic patients, but like most other corticosteroid treatments in the eye it also has many side effects like glaucoma , cataract,etc. They feel that there are better products in the pipe, and mentioned a couple that I haven't had time to check as yet.<g> In the mean time, will continue to keep an eye on ALIM and its plans for filing an NDA for Iluvien in the US in 2ndQ and follow filings in Canada and Europe. <g> Bernard
